Hi, I'm Dana Young.
More importantly, I'm a follower of Jesus Christ.
Like many of you, my journey has included seasons of heartbreak, healing, rebuilding, waiting, restoration, and learning what it truly means to trust God when life doesn't unfold the way we planned.
Through every season, one truth has remained constant:
God is faithful.
He has never left me.
He has never forsaken me.
And He has proven time and time again that nothing is wasted in His hands.
My heart is not simply to create planners, journals, or digital resources. My heart is to point people to Christ.
Everything I create — from Every Spoken Word Podcast and ministry resources to Grace & Growth planners, guided journeys, journals, and future books — exists for one purpose: to help women grow in their relationship with Jesus and walk confidently in the life He has called them to live.
Why Grace & Growth?
For years, I found myself doing what so many women do. Trying harder. Carrying more. Managing everything. Serving everyone. Running on empty.
I was surviving, but I wasn't thriving.
What changed wasn't another productivity system. What changed was learning to place God back at the center. I discovered that true peace doesn't come from doing more — it comes from walking closely with the One who already holds it all together.
Grace & Growth was born from that realization. These resources were created to help women move from survival mode to structured peace through biblical truth, intentional living, prayer, reflection, and practical planning.
You Were Created For More Than Survival
My prayer is that these resources do more than help you organize your schedule. I pray they help you strengthen your faith. Deepen your relationship with Christ. Recognize God's hand in your story. And give you practical tools to walk confidently in your purpose.
